Gerald Chan (billionaire supporter of LSM and the Lord’s Recovery) has bought the campus of a Hebrew College near Boston. Rumor from a restricted Facebook page says the FTT-Anaheim is moving there because of high crime and other reasons associated with Anaheim.

It doesn't make sense to move the training to Boston, because Boston has high crime too.
