My copy is LSM 1983. I'm not sure what "The Stream Publishers" is - was that a precursor to LSM? As said, it is about the only WL book I kept. Here with our gathering in Scottsdale (a so-called LC spinoff) even mentioning Lee's name causes a negative reaction with a number of people. (a good deal of others have little idea who he even was).
