This writing UntoHim has posted was obviously a sincere attempt by the author to address very serious concerns during the late 80s turmoil. The excerpt below from John Ingalls' book refers to the writing (its title in blue, further down), as he also describes the tumultuous atmosphere in which the pamphlet was referred to in what was to be John's final elders' conference meeting with Brother Lee.
