If Russia's intent is to destroy the US credibility in our government by meddling in our elections and if there was no collusion with Trump then by all means they should extradite them. In the trial they could claim they worked with Trump's campaign, that would throw the country into a tissy. Surely that would accomplish Putin's goals better than anything, except of course a President that is beholden to him.
