Collusion refers to secret cooperation to cheat. This indictment proves there was an organized effort by the Russians to cheat our election and get Trump elected. Therefore, this indictment, although it does not provide evidence of Trump's cooperation, it does set the stage for further indictments for collusion. Once you have established the Russian meddling, it is simply a matter of providing evidence of meetings with them that were lied about (that has leaked out). If you have those two a judge would probably permit the use of NSA tapes of communications. It will be difficult to prove Trump cooperated unless he was stupid enough to do it on the phone or in an electronic communication, but it may be a lot easier to "crack Don Jr. like an egg" or convict Kushner. As for leaks no one had any idea these indictments were coming. They thought the press conference would be about Florida. That shows Mueller runs a very tight ship.

Nope, didn't miss it. Not a crime to dig dirt on an opponent in an election. As I recall the whole "golden showers" is about Donald Trump and Russian prostitutes. The concern is that he is open to being blackmailed and manipulated by the Russians. The latest revelation of the two affairs Trump had "buried" by paying approximately $130,00 to each of those prostitutes indicates the "golden showers" allegations are consistent with his character.
Also, look at how good Mueller is at not tipping his hand. The indictment says the Russians contacted "unwitting" members of Trumps campaign. That could have been anyone! Don Jr., Kushner, Sessions, Flynn, Pappadapolous, Manafort, Bannon, even Trump -- they have all been described as "unwitting".

These investigations take years. Mueller and his team have not hidden the fact that this started in 2014 and that should put egg and mud on the Obama administration. That also explains why they don't do these investigations because it brings down a lot of people. I applaud all of it.
