Insurance for guns is an idea that should be on the table.

Licensing firearms like we do motor vehicles is another.

Mandating courses or testing might be another.

But ... What do we do with Obama era policies designed to keep African Americans out of the prison system by not prosecuting them? I'm referring to this article:
