HERn, ironically you mention the cross. Within the LSM/LC construct of "taking the cross", it is as if to say "I might offend you, but I won't apologize. Not ever. The onus is on you to take the cross. Not me."

It also makes me wonder how many of these people are actually saved. Repentance for sin is a condition for salvation. They “cover the brothers”, “take the cross” and “call on the Lord”. They don’t preach the gospel. They run roughshod over the faithful and have abandoned-in-place their own children.
“By their fruit you shall know them.” Based on their fruits over a lifetime, are they even Christian?
