Regarding the postings by "Unregistered Guests"

There is actually a way for somebody to post as an unregistered person, yet still give themselves a temporary UserName. When these people post, there is a field there at the top for them to enter a UserName. I wish these people would at least put in a UserName so that everyone knows who they are. Thanks for the instruction above. I was not aware that I could overwrite "unregistered". That makes sense to keep the "unregistered" guests distinct.
