I don´t think we should interpret 2 Cor. 13:5 "through any lens," just as we should not interpret "your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit" through any lens either. The test is "Can’t you see for yourselves that Jesus Christ is in you—unless you actually fail the test?" Jesus Christ is in you, that is the nature of the test of your faith. Do you see it? Pass. You don´t see it? Fail. He did not say the test was concerning the Holy Spirit in you. And yes, our body IS a temple of the Holy Spirit within us AND Jesus Christ is in us; both are true.

What does "through the indwelling of the..." actually mean? Can you explain how it works? Is it just a matter of one representing the other? How does a person dwell somewhere "through the dwelling of another"? How can Peter live in his house through the dwelling of Mark? Just because Mark represents Peter, can one say that Peter lives there?
